Q: Can I use it outdoors?
A: Our cold plunge systems are rated for indoor or outdoor use. If kept outdoors, make sure to have at least partial cover over your cold plunge tub, like a roof or patio furniture cover. 

Shipping & Warranty

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship Canada-wide, and across most of the US. Enter your shipping information at check out to see our shipping rates.
 
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: You can expect a lead time of 2-4 weeks for production depending on current demand.
 
Q: What is the warranty?
A: We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on all of our cold plunge products. Extended manufacturer's warranties are also offered on some of our components.

Installation & Delivery

Q: How do I set it up?
A: The set up process is quite simple and won't take you more than 20 minutes. You'll simply plug in all of the different components, set your desired temperature, and fill up your tub.
 
Q: How does the delivery work?
A: We're partnered with a freight company, who delivers your cold plunge from our warehouse to your home. You'll receive an installation guide with a video on how to set everything up.
