At CANADACOLDPLUNGE, we stand by the quality of our cold plunges and strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and straightforward process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Custom-built products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Refund Process

  • Full refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs if the return is due to customer preference.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we cover all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed according to standard credit card processing times (may take a few business days).

3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If your cold plunge arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
  • If the issue falls under our warranty policy, we will repair or replace the affected part rather than process a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • All other standard models and accessories can be returned as long as they meet the eligibility criteria above.
