  • Custom-built cold plunges may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, product size, and weight.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers for deliveries. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us for options.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or offer a resolution.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delivery failure.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
