How long does it take to set up?

The set-up process is extremely simple, and won't take you more than 20 minutes. Connect all components, fill the tub with water, and select your desired temperature.

How long does it take to get cold?

This depends on a variety of factors, including ambient temperature, tap water temperature, and desired temperature.

As a good rule of thumb, fill your plunge up at night, and it'll be at your desired temperature by the morning.

Can it be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, our cold plunges are rated for year-long indoor and outdoor use. If kept outdoors during the winter, we recommend the heater add-on.

The tub's insulation coupled with the constant water circulation will keep the water in your tub from freezing over, even during the coldest months.

What are the power requirements?

All you'll need is one standard electrical 110v / 120v outlet in Canada and the US.

How does shipping work?

Once production is complete, and your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for delivery. Our freight team will also give you a call to schedule your delivery date.
